Tracy Hospital Foundation

The Tracy Hospital Foundation was formed in 1993. It is a nonprofit organization that is ". . . governed by a dedicated group of community leaders and members who share a commitment to the health and well-being of Tracy residents." (Foundation newsletter).

The Tracy Hospital Foundation conducts fundraising events which support a number of important community programs such as the CPR for Kids Program, the Lactation Education Program, the Diabetes Community Education Program, and others. The Foundation also helps pay for equipment, helps fund construction of specialty facilities like the Dialysis Center of Tracy, and supports other hospital services.

Tracy Community memorial Hospital Foundation Supporters are placed in categories based on the size of their continuing contributions.

Evelyn Tolbert is proud to be consistently noted in the donor lists for the Foundation and honored and blessed to be a member of the "Pillar Society", which are donors whose contributions total $10,000 or more.
