Sutter Tracy Community Hospital

Evelyn Tolbert served as a Sutter Tracy Community Hospital Trustee for nine years, from 1998 to 2006. During her tenure as a Trustee, she served on in various capacities, most notably as the long term Chairperson of the Nominating Committee. Many influential members of the community were recruited to the Sutter Tracy Community Hospital Board of Trustees with Evelyn's direct involvement during her service as Chairperson of the Nominating Committee.

Evelyn Tolbert was additionally a member of "The Pillar Society" a group of donors who contributed $10,000 or more to the Tracy Community Foundation for community benefits

Evelyn Tolbert continues to work collaboratively with Sutter Tracy Community Hospital in a partnership with the Golden Agers to bring health care services to senior citizens. Evelyn Tolbert consistently demonstrates that she cares about the elderly in Tracy.
